What is your Return Policy
We offer a 3 day exchange policy for items. You simply send an email to us at rma_requests@promotees.com to get an RMA#. Then you can return the item. You must pay return postage on the replacement item. Your invoice details where to ship the item and give full details on how to proceed.

Do you ship outside the USA?
Yes. We ship to Canada using Global Priority Mail. We are also open to shipping to UK but you must contact us get shipping rates.

Why are shipping rates to Canada so high?
We ship by Global Priority Mail (AS A STANDARD) to ensure your item is properly tracked and handled for your protection and our. The rate are what the USPS charges plus $1 extra is for handling fee as we have to take extra steps to ship your package that are not required for USA shipping.

Do You Do Custom Work If I Don't See What I What At Your Store?
Yes. We do custom imprinting so if you don't see what you want at our store you can email us to inquire about doing something custom for you. OR... You can design your own t-shirt and other item by visiting our design studio at; http://www.promotees.com/designit

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept all major credit card through Paypal which is our preferred method of payment. We also accept Google Checkout. However we will also accept Money Orders. Order paid using this method will be shipped within 72 hours of receiving payment (not including weekends)
